Channa bhel… a quick, easy and very nutritious chatapa snack….its completely oil free, so its guilt free snack for diet watchers to gorge upon…another yummy variation to our chaat recipes….

Required ingredients

  • 2 cups - boiled channa/black chick peas
  • 1 onion - sliced
  • 1 tomato - de seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies - finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 1/2 cup of roasted namkeen - you can use of your choice, navratan mix or any mix.
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Salt to taste
  • A handful of finely chopped coriander leaves

Directions & How to

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine everything and toss it well.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl, and serve immediately. Enjoy!!
