Besan Till Laddoo , a traditional Indian sweet.
Required ingredients
- 2 cups besan or gram flour
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 cup ghee or clarified butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ¼ tsp green cardamom powder
Directions & How to
- Dry roast the sesame seeds and keep aside
- Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan or in a kadhai. Add cardamom powder. Low down the flame and add gram flour. Roast it nicely, stirring continuously for around 15 – 20 minutes and nice aroma starts coming out of it.
- Let it cool slightly. Add powdered sugar and sesame seeds, mix it well and roll into laddoos.
- Cool and store.
