Bhuna masala chana is a very easy and tasty dish which will be loved by all. A light, filling and nutritious snack. Can be served in breakfast too.
Required ingredients
- 2 cups black chick peas ( kala chana) - boiled
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
- 1 tsp chat masala
- Salt as per taste
- 3 tbsp oil
- Juice of a lime
- Fresh coriander leaves, sliced onion and chopped chillies for garnishing
Directions & How to
- Heat oil in a wok or kadhai. Put boiled chana and fry it for a minute.
- Add all the spices along with the salt and fry it well for 4-5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves, onion slices and chopped chillies.
- Serve hot.
