Fried meat balls, sautéed in butter, garlic and long green chilli, tossed with a little sprinkle of chat masala and lemon juice….Enjoy our butter garlic meat balls as a snack or serve it as a starter…its surely going to be finger licking good..
Required ingredients
List A
- 500 grams minced meat - mutton/lamb/beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2-3 green chillies chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Juice of half a lime
- Salt to taste

- 5-6 garlic flakes chopped
- 2-3 long green chillies - slit
- chat masala to sprinkle
- 1 tbsp each fresh coriander and mint leaves -finely chopped
- Juice of half a lime
- 2-3 tbsp oil
- 2-3 tbsp butter
For garnishing
- Sliced onions
- Lemon wedges
- French Fries
Directions & How to
- Take all the ingredients from list A and run it in a food processor till smooth. Make small balls of it and keep aside.
- Heat around 2-3 tbsp of oil in a non stick pan and carefully place the balls and fry it till done on low heat.
- In another pan heat butter, when it melts add garlic and fry it till it turn brown. Add slit chillies and fried meat balls.
- Sprinkle lemon juice, chat masala, chopped coriander and mint leaves and toss it all gently and cook for around another 2 minutes.
- Transfer it to a serving plate and serve hot, garnished with sliced onion, lemon wedges and some french fries.
