Chaney ki ghughni gives your tastebuds and health a boost. With this easy dish make your sunday breakfast easy and fulfilling or serve with evening tea.
Required ingredients
- 1 cup Kala Chana (Black Gram) soaked overnight.
- 1 medium sized onion chopped
- 1 medium sized tomato chopped
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 2 green chilies chopped
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Garnish
- Grated radish
- Lemon wedges
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Chopped onion
- Grated cucumber
Directions & How to

Cook chanas with salt in a pressure cooker for 15-20 minutes till completely soft. Dry out any excess liquid leaving only about 1-2 tbsp of water

Heat oil in wok, add cumin and green chilies and sauté for few seconds

Add onions, cook till soft now add tomatoes and cook till they form paste like consistency.

Now add boiled chanas, mix very well and cook further for 5 minutes.

Garnish and serve.
