Required ingredients
- 3 cooked parathas
- 1 chicken breast- cut into small chunks
- 3 eggs
- 4-5 garlic flakes - chopped
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder
- 1 small onion - sliced
- 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 3 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard sauce
- 1 tbsp green chutney
- 1 tsp hot pepper or tobasco sauce - optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp oil
Directions & How to
- Marinate chicken in ginger garlic paste, chilli, cumin and coriander powder, salt and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and fry till it turns golden, add chicken and fry it till its almost cooked. Add red chilli sauce and tomato sauce and fry it for 1 more minute.
- Whisk the egg with salt and pepper and prepare 3 omlettes with it.
- To make rolls take a paratha, spread a tsp of mayonnaise over it, place a omlette on it, arrange few pieces of chicken, sliced onion, drizzle some mustard sauce, green chutney and hot pepper sauce. Roll tightly and serve hot.
- Follow the same with the remaining paratha and chicken to make 2 more rolls.
