Fried Mutton Chops are cooked with simple masalas yet they are tasty and crispy and goes well as a side dish in your menu.
Required ingredients
- 1 Kg mutton chops
- 2 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
- 1½ tsp. red chili powder
- 1 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp gram masala powder
- Salt to taste
- Rice flour to coat the chops
- Oil for deep frying
- Chat masala
Directions & How to
- Mix all the ingredients to the mutton chops, except rice flour and oil. Keep it for half an hour to marinate.
- Put in a pressure cooker and let it cook for medium heat for 5 minutes and then 10 more minutes on simmer.
- Let the pressure cool itself, dry if any liquid is left.
- Heat oil in deep pan or wok, coat each chop properly in rice flour, deep fry chops in small batches till crisp.
- Sprinkle chat masala and serve with lemon wedges and green chutney.
