A delicious and flavourful dish that can be cooked easily with common ingredients available at home.
Required ingredients
- 500 g mutton
- 1 medium onion finely sliced
- 4 large tomatoes paste
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp green chillies roughly chopped( less bitter kind)
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds, roasted and coarsely ground
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds, roasted and coarsely ground
- salt to taste
- oil as required
Directions & How to
- Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan. Add onions and cook till they are soft.
- Then add ginger garlic paste andcook for 1-2 minutes.
- Now add mutton pieces, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and cook on high heat for about 4-5 minutes.
- Add tomato paste , bring to boil once and cover. Cook on low heat till the mutton iscompletely cooked.
- Just before serving heat it up again, add cumin coriander powders and green chillies. Cover for 2 minutes and then serve.
