Khus yogurt drink…or khus lassi..is lassi flavoured with khus syrup…khus or vetiver is a fragrant cooling herb… its a very popular summer cooling drink with lots of health benefits.
Required ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3-4 tbsp khus syrup
- 1/2 cup chilled milk
- 2-3 tbsp sugar - adjust as per your taste
- A little cardamom powder
- 5-6 mint leaves
- 1 cup of ice cubes
Directions & How to
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it well till it turns smooth and frothy.
- Pour in tall glasses and serve immediately.
