Required ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat vermicelli
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 medium sized tomato chopped
- 1 small capsicum chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
- 1 small carrot chopped
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 red chili powder
- salt to taste
- oil
Directions & How to
- Heat oil in a wok, add onions and saute for 1-2 minutes.
- Add tomato and cook till it turns mushy.
- Then add capsicum, cabbage and carrot.Cook on high flame while stirring so that all water from the vegetables evaporates.
- Add vermicelli, salt , chilli powder chaat masala and about 1/2 half cup water mix well. Cover and cook till vermicelli is soft and cooked completely.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
