Oreo icecream delight…a very appealing and lovely dessert..its nothing but delicious vanilla ice cream served with crushed oreo cookies over strawberry jelly. Serve it to your kids and see them relish it. A easy and perfect dessert for your kids party.
Required ingredients
- 1/2 ltr Vanilla ice cream
- 1packet strawberry/raspberry or cherry flavoured jelly
- 1 packet oreo biscuits - grind it to a coarse powder
- Few cherries for garnishing
Directions & How to
- Prepare the jelly as per the instruction on its package. When it cools a little pour 2- 3 tbsp of it in small shot glasses or bowls/servers and leave it to set.
- Once it sets, put spoonful of crushed or powdered oreo cookies.
- Top it up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle little oreo crumb over it.
- Garnish it with fresh cherry.
- Serve immediately.
