Palak raita, a very tasty and nutritious raita. Can be enjoyed with parathas as well as rice and pulaos.
Required ingredients
- 1 cup yoghurt
- ½ cup chopped and blanched spinach
- ½ tsp cumin roasted and powdered
- ¼ tsp pepper powder
- Salt to taste
Directions & How to
- Whisk the yoghurt till smooth.
- Add the spinach and salt and mix it well.
- Sprinkle cumin and pepper powder.
- Serve it chilled.
