Dry Aaloo Gobhi is easy to make and tastes great with paranthas.
Required ingredients
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cut in medium cubes
- 200 g cauliflower florets
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 green chillies slit
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- Few fenugreek seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
Directions & How to
- Heat oil in a wok, add fenugreek seeds and green chillies, sauté.
- Add potatoes and cauliflower, sauté.
- Add salt, turmeric, coriander and chilli powder stir to mix well.
- On minimum heat ,cover and cook till completely cooked. Add water around 2 tbsp only if required.
- Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
